Cancellation policy

Your subscription

A subscription is created only if you expressly choose this purchase option. One-time purchases and bundles do not renew automatically.

Delivery and payment

You receive the chosen quantity of The Gold Reserve every four weeks (28 days). The price is €24.95 including VAT per box; three boxes cost €74.85 per delivery. Four weeks is not a calendar month: there are approximately 13 deliveries per year. The number of boxes, frequency, any shipping costs and recurring total are shown before you subscribe. The first payment is made when you order; after that, the agreed payment method is charged every four weeks.

Shipping costs €4.95 to the Netherlands and €5.95 to Belgium; shipping is free when your product total is €59 or more after discounts. A three-box subscription therefore has free shipping. Other promotions cannot be combined with the subscription price.

Free to pause, skip or cancel

There is no minimum term. Before the next charge, you can pause, skip a delivery or cancel through your customer account, under Subscriptions. There you can also view your next order and payment and delivery details. Having trouble? Email info@bluvital.net or call +32 468 00 77 00.

After cancellation, there will be no new renewals or charges. An order that has already been processed is subject to the normal return and withdrawal rights. We confirm cancellations or changes by email.

Cooling-off period and delivery issues

When you start a subscription, a 14-day cooling-off period applies from the day after receipt of the first delivery. You can also cancel the subscription before each subsequent charge. See the return policy for withdrawal, free return instructions, any hygiene exceptions and refunds. Statutory rights concerning damaged, incorrect or nonconforming products remain in force.

We will inform you if a payment fails or there is a stock issue. Manage or end your subscription through your account, or contact us for help. Material changes to prices or terms will be communicated in advance so you can cancel before a subsequent delivery.
