Returns and withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you or a person designated by you receives the order. If an order is delivered in separate parts, this period begins after receipt of the last product. You may also withdraw before receiving your order. If the period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Within that period, let us know you wish to withdraw from the purchase at info@bluvital.net. Include your name and order number. You may also use another unambiguous statement or the model form below; prior permission is not required. Then send the products back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may also request a return or cancellation online through Cancel your purchase. You may still use email, a letter or the model form.

Costs and refunds

Returns are free when you follow the return instructions we provide. Contact us for these instructions; you do not need prior permission to withdraw from the purchase. If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will refund the purchase amount and our standard outbound delivery cost. Any additional cost of a more expensive delivery method you selected will not be refunded.

We will refund you within 14 days after your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise at no additional cost to you. We may wait until we have received the products or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.

Seals and handling

Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seals have been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Handle the products carefully. If you go beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for the resulting reduction in value.

Damaged or incorrect delivery?

Contact us at info@bluvital.net. Your statutory rights regarding a product that does not conform to the contract remain in force. If the product does not conform to the contract, we will cover the necessary costs of the statutory remedy, including return costs.
